To Members of Congress:

Please co-sponsor the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act. This legislation would restore the FCC’s authority to regulate broadband under Title II of the Communications Act, and undo the major damage the Trump FCC inflicted when it repealed the Obama-era Net Neutrality rules. The bill would restore the expert agency’s ability to regulate ISPs like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon and help ensure that everyone has access to reliable, affordable and open high-speed internet no matter where they live.

Take Action: Tell Your Members of Congress to Co-Sponsor the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act

In 2017, the Trump FCC voted to overturn the Net Neutrality rules — enabling companies like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon to slow down or block the content you want to see. But Sen. Markey, Sen. Wyden and Rep. Matsui have a plan to undo the damage the agency inflicted.

The Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act would restore the agency’s authority to regulate broadband under Title II of the Communications Act — empowering the FCC to work toward its mandate of ensuring that affordable high-speed internet is available to all.

There’s a long road ahead for this bill in Congress — but if we can shore up support right now, we can ensure the House and Senate make it a priority. Sign our petition urging your members of Congress to co-sponsor the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act.
