Dear Federal Communications Commission:

We stand with the experts at Free Press who are fighting for Net Neutrality and believe that:

    1. Common carriage is one of the most successful policies in U.S. history.
    2. Abandoning it for Internet access has created an unworkable policy framework at the FCC and enabled Internet service providers to exploit their market power.
    3. Common carriage fosters innovation and investment.
    4. Reclassifying broadband providers as common carriers is the only way to keep them from blocking, slowing down and interfering with websites, apps and content they don't like.

The FCC's current proposal would destroy Net Neutrality, and it's inconsistent with the intent of Congress.

We urge you to reclassify broadband providers as common carriers under Title II to protect real Net Neutrality.

    FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler claims he supports the open Internet, but his proposed rules would allow Big Telecom to charge steep tolls for premium access — and block or slow down websites and services that can't afford the new fees.
