Any day now, a federal court could decide whether to strike down the only protections we have against companies like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon that want to kill the open Internet.
Verizon is suing to throw out the Net Neutrality rules — and to get rid of the Federal Communications Commission’s ability to draft and enforce any rules that protect Internet users and promote competition online.
