    Facebook Must Permanently Ban Donald Trump

    The Facebook-created and Facebook-funded Oversight Board has ruled that the platform should continue its suspension of Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

    But instead of calling for a permanent ban, it has kicked the decision back to Facebook.

    If Facebook had actually enforced its rules against hate, we wouldn’t need to ban bad actors like Trump one by one — they’d be rooted out once and for all.

    Facebook needs to step up and take responsibility. It should permanently ban Trump’s account and stop playing political “hot potato” with this decision and implement the same policies for other world leaders.

    Demand that Facebook ban Donald Trump’s account immediately and permanently.
