Take Action: Tell Your Members of Congress to Co-Sponsor the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act
In 2017, the Trump FCC voted to overturn the Net Neutrality rules — enabling companies like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon to slow down or block the content you want to see. But Sen. Markey, Sen. Wyden and Rep. Matsui have a plan to undo the damage the agency inflicted.
The Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act would restore the agency’s authority to regulate broadband under Title II of the Communications Act — empowering the FCC to work toward its mandate of ensuring that affordable high-speed internet is available to all.
There’s a long road ahead for this bill in Congress — but if we can shore up support right now, we can ensure the House and Senate make it a priority. Sign our petition urging your members of Congress to co-sponsor the Net Neutrality and Broadband Justice Act.
