It’s everywhere! It feels like every advertisement, politician, celebrity, etc., is talking about it.
I see so much “AI slop” that takes away from human creativity.
I worry that deepfakes will sway this year’s elections.
They’re building (or built) a data center near me, and my community is up in arms.
It helps me plan trips, apply for jobs, diagnose ailments, etc.
I worry that AI will threaten the future of jobs in my field and others.
I’m excited about the ways that it could help people in their professions.
I just got a new smart device that comes with AI features pre-enabled.
It’s really not on my radar at all.
    I don’t know / I’m not sure.
I use AI tools at work but not in my personal life.
I use apps like ChatGPT and Claude to bounce ideas off of and ask questions.
I trust the AI-generated summary when I Google something.
I use AI to generate images, videos, music, etc., for personal entertainment.
AI tools are out there whether or not I want them to be, so I might as well give them a try.
Not for me: I try to avoid AI tools as much as possible.
I’ve been organizing against construction of a data center near me.
I’m not aware of any in my area.
I think they’re a drain on community resources and an environmental hazard.
I think they’re a necessary part of progress if we want these technologies.
    I don’t know / I’m not sure.
Yes, absolutely, AI is just another tool and we should use it to make our lives easier.
Yes, with guardrails, I see the potential.
Probably not; it doesn’t feel like we’ve considered all of the risks.
Absolutely not; this takes away human jobs and poses too great a risk.
    I don’t know / I’m not sure.
My friends and family look to me to debunk anything they see on social media.
I can tell when something is obviously trying to mislead me.
I think so, but it’s getting harder to tell the difference.
I need help: Please send me resources to help identify deepfakes and other artificial content.
    I don’t know / I’m not sure.
